For our February Community Talks event, we’re thrilled to welcome Thariki (former consultant at the UN and the African Union Commission), Loren Balisky (Director of Engagement at Kinbrace Society), and Nathalie Lozano-Neira (Youth Policy Program Facilitator at LEVEL).
Each speaker will share the story of how they got involved in refugee-related work, including their own stories of seeking refuge. In conversation together, they’ll discuss their visions for equity-based refugee support, given their own experiences of both being and supporting refugees.
