CAPCON

As an important and closing component of the UBC Coordinated Arts Program, students have the opportunity to present and showcase their research at the CAP Conference.

This annual student conference is a unique opportunity for first year students to present scholarly and creative works to their professors and peers. Students who wish to share their research and gain presentation experience, can sign up to give oral presentations and share multimedia displays.

CAP serves as a great transition from high school to university life. The class sizes not only include familiar faces from other CAP classes and are not overwhelmingly big, but you have access to amazing opportunities like presenting at an academic conference or having your paper published in a journal, only for CAP students.
